    f. lodging a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you feel that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

  9. Expressing consent to the processing of the above personal data is a contractual requirement – a condition of continuing commercial cooperation. However, the consequence of the eventual failure to express this consent will be the need to cease this cooperation.
